IT&T Consulting (http://www.itt-consulting.com), is an independent outsourcing and consulting company based in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ukraine and China, that provides both SMB's and key accounts (aerospace, telecoms, media, banks, energy) with outsourcing services and advice in the fields of general management and Information Technology is looking for a candidate for a Manager of a Call Center full-time position for our Customer in Kiev.
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
University degree;
Call center creation and management experience;
Good understanding of all internal processes in call centers;
Fluent French or English required (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Organizing a call center from zero (to perform cold calls to France).
- Managing French speaking call center.
