Foreign transport company is looking for a General Manager for the Ukrainian office.
Main responsibilities:
- is taking overall responsibility for the Ukraine operations of the company.
- represents company towards the local authorities, business partners, suppliers.
- takes responsibility for the business development of the company in Ukraine by driving commercial activities and market research.
- promotes the business and establishes good relations, reputation and recognition with the local authorities, key figures and organizations, business partners and customers.
- has full responsibility for the ultimate management of the company, its obligations towards its supervisory board, its employees and the public.
- has the authority to hire or discharge personnel as deemed necessary.
- has the overall responsibility for the company Quality System.
- drives the market development of the company
- acts as the company representative towards local authorities
- Selects suppliers and other local business partners in order to achieve cost efficiencies, reliable operations and support;
Main requirements:
- University degree
- age starting from 35
- fluent English is a must!
- 5 years of experience on top management positions within international companies is a must!
- strong leadership skills
