Our Client, one of the leading European banks is looking for a Head of Retail Department. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: organizing outlet network of the Bank; developing key indicators for the outlets and alternative channels of sales; being responsible for outlets fulfillment of key indicators; organizing activities for new clients attraction; being responsible for technical processes of the Bank fulfillment by the employees; initiating creation of new bank products. Major requirements: Education – Higher Financial*Economic*Legal; work experience – not less than 5 years in banking, not less than 2 years on managerial position; knowledge of principal regulatory legal acts of NBU; detailed knowledge of Bank products; detailed knowledge of sales theory.
